Spinomenal is looking for our new IT Team Member to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Go-To for all IT things aspects
- Define and implement IT best practices, security audits, processes manage ongoing IT projects
- You will own the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and networks
- Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Preserving assets, information security, and control structures
- Leading desktop support efforts, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved promptly with limited disruptions
- Manage and oversee the administration and maintenance of our licenses, tools, and software applications
- Managing external contractors for the Helpdesk and complex IT activities
- Troubleshooting issues and outages
- Plan and monitor the IT annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- 3+ year's experience as an IT with proven experience
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 - Must
- Experience with both MacOS and Windows 10
- Strong experience with CIS benchmarks & best practices
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
