R&D Product Manager

Spinomenal is a fast-growing content provider in the online casino industry, focused on delivering high-quality, engaging games to players worldwide.
We’re looking for an R&D Product Manager to serve as the professional and managerial focal point for our game R&D teams.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between game design and technical execution. You will be responsible for defining the high-level logic, user experience (UX) flows, and the technical infrastructure that enables our product to scale. You will work at the heart of our R&D, turning requirements into a structured, high-performance product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the backlog and roadmap, prioritizing based on business needs, R&D requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
- Gather and analyze complex requirements to write clear, detailed PRDs and User Stories, focusing on high-level logic, functional flows, and product scalability.
- Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to align on Product direction and guarantee a smooth, efficient implementation.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years as a Product Manager in a technical or R&D-facing role.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing product backlogs and leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies in an R&D environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in the iGaming or gaming industry - Advantage
