As Legal Counsel, you’ll tackle a diverse range of legal challenges in a fast-paced and ever-evolving field.

Responsibilities
- Commercial Agreements: Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, reseller, services, and cross-border commercial contracts.
- Corporate Governance: Oversee corporate maintenance, compliance, and governance for multiple global corporate entities across various countries.
- AI & Emerging Tech: Advise on legal risks, policies, and best practices regarding the internal adoption and commercial deployment of AI technologies.
- Privacy & Data Protection: Manage and advise on global privacy compliance initiatives, including GDPR, ensuring company practices and product lines align with data protection and evolving data-use laws.
- Communication: Communicate complex legal issues in clear and practical terms to non-legal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and legal requirements.
Requirements
Education & Certification
- LLB degree in law from a leading academic institution.
- Licensed to practice law in Israel.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a lawyer in a high-tech department of a prominent law firm or an in-house legal department of a technology-focused company.
- Proven experience in handling corporate matters for multiple entities across multiple countries.
- Strong familiarity with privacy laws, including GDPR compliance, particularly regarding data-driven and emerging technologies.
- Experience or strong familiarity with the legal aspects of AI, data use, or intellectual property in tech contracts.
- Background or familiarity with the iGaming industry – Advantage.
Skills & Languages
- Judgment: Strong legal and business judgment, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters in a dynamic environment.
- Negotiation: Robust negotiation skills paired with a service-oriented mindset.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Languages: * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (native or near-native level) is required.
- Fluency in Hebrew is required.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese – Significant Advantage.
