As we continue to scale globally, we seek a visionary and execution-oriented Vice President of Business to drive commercial growth, improve cross-functional collaboration, and translate strategic plans into operational excellence.

About the position

The VP Business leads Spinomenal’s entire commercial division, encompassing Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Support. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role is pivotal in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving cross-departmental alignment, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes. The VP Business collaborates closely with the VP R&D and VP Operations to synchronize company objectives with execution plans, ensuring impactful and scalable growth. This is a unique opportunity to be a key decision-maker at one of the fastest-growing companies in the iGaming industry—working alongside C-level executives to define Spinomenal’s commercial trajectory within a dynamic, innovative, and globally focused environment.

Responsibilities

1. Commercial Strategy & Execution

·        Define and lead the implementation of data-backed commercial strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.

·        Identify strategic partnerships and untapped market segments to boost profitability.

·        Own and present annual and quarterly revenue and player KPIs forecasts to the CEO; initiate corrective actions as needed.

·        Maintain a single source of truth for client-related data to enable agile, informed decisions.


2. Business Division Leadership

·        Oversee structure, talent, and processes across BizDev, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Support.

·        Set and align clear KPIs and objectives with department heads to create a shared cadence across teams.

·        Resolve intra-division operational or resource issues and escalate strategic matters to executive leadership.

·        Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial leadership teams to foster a results-driven, high-accountability culture.


3. Cross-Functional Integration

·        Act as the bridge between commercial teams and Product, R&D, and Operations, translating business needs into executable action plans.

·        Ensure tight synchronization across departments to meet commercial goals and launch plans.

·        Coordinate launch strategies, including timelines, messaging, and operator enablement, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.


4. Customer, Market, and Go-to-Market Focus

·        Maintain deep knowledge of the B2B iGaming landscape, customer demands, and competitive dynamics.

·        Gather market intelligence via direct client interactions and industry events, translating insights into business action.

·        Prioritize commercial initiatives creatively and cost-effectively to maximize ROI.


5. Data-Driven Leadership

·        Monitor and report on key business KPIs to internal stakeholders and the executive team.

·        Ensure all business decisions are grounded in data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

Requirements


·        8–10+ years in senior leadership roles within the B2B iGaming or real-money gaming industries, with multi-territory responsibility.

·        Demonstrated success in commercial strategy, market expansion, key account growth, and partnership development.

·        Proven ability to transform business operations, including team structures, go-to-market models, or processes to drive measurable results.

·        Executive-level communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

·        Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.

Advantages

·        MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification.

·        Experience with full P&L ownership, including budget planning, GGR forecasting, and delivering profitable growth.
