About the position
The Operative Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational and administrative tasks of both department's project & product & Biz Ops. While the title suggests project management, the primary focus of this role is on operational execution, back-office responsibilities, and assisting with the smooth functioning of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for Junior/students to gain hands-on experience in operational tasks while developing organizational and technical skills within a dynamic work environment and be exposed to various processes within the company, growing from that role into the role of a project manager in an ideal way.
Responsibilities
Operational Task Management:
- Environment Setup: Create and manage external environments for various tasks, both in the development (Dev) and production (Prod) stages.
- User Management: Ensure and create users in platforms like Marketplace and BackOffice.
- Translation Entry: Input translations into the BackOffice for testing and production purposes.
- Game Configuration: Configure games based on task requirements, such as adding social features or free rounds.
- Marketplace Updates: Update and manage game configurations in the Marketplace as required.
Business Operations Support:
- Account Kit Creation: Assist in creating quarterly account kits for R&D, marketing, and legal teams, ensuring all relevant materials are included and delivered to clients.
Studio Data Entry:
- Input pre-release and live dates for compliance with regulatory authorities, such as MGA and UKGC.
- Be responsible for entering all the data received from the business teams into the Spinomenal database.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the QA team to streamline translation requests, avoiding delays and unnecessary costs associated with urgent projects.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree student, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Basic understanding of operational workflows and proficiency in tools like Jira, Monday, Excel and database systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized and systematic.
- Self-taught, proactive, and highly motivated to learn.
