As a Game Sound Designer at Spinomenal, you’ll create high-quality sound assets and design game audio. This full-time, hybrid position is based in our Bnei Brak office. Collaborating closely with our R&D team, you’ll enhance the audio experience of our games to complement visuals and gameplay seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement exceptional audio content to enhance player experience, utilizing pre-existing audio libraries and strong editing skills.
Contribute to all aspects of sound design, post-production, and implementation pipelines across multiple audio styles and game genres, collaborating closely with game designers and developers.
Export and deliver audio assets from Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) to meet industry standards, ensuring alignment with gameplay and narrative goals.
Manage audio assets efficiently, fostering a positive studio culture, and promoting teamwork across the company.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding and ability in audio processes, recordings, and post-production, with a degree or professional certification in a relevant field required.
Experience of using and understanding Audio game engines.
High Proficiency (5 years+) with one or more current Digital Audio Workstations (Reaper/Nuendo/Cubase preferred) and audio software/plugins (e.g., iZotope RX).
Proven experience in both post-production and sound design fields, with a focus on the iGaming industry.
Deep understanding of sound synthesis (Priority for massive/serum Plugins).
Extra Points:
Audio scripting abilities (C#/C++/Script).
Technical and troubleshooting skills, focusing on workflow improvement.
Experience working with voice actors and/or VO pipeline service providers, including AI voice designer plugins.
Experience with audio royalty platforms (like Envato, Artlist, Soundly, etc.).
Knowledge of music theory and composition practices/workflow.
Passion for the gaming world.
