When opting in to participate in the Grand Holiday Tournaments, each operator hereby undertakes to present and make available all the necessary information and rules provided by Mikai Tech Ltd. and Subtech Ltd. (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Spinomenal”) to each operator’s players’, including the “how to win” terms set forth herein (“Terms”).
