Role Description:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining relations with your portfolio of clients.
  • Daily monitoring of games performance.
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day tasks and initiatives.
  • Analyzing promotion activities and conducting market research.
  • Taking responsibility for different fields of business activities in the organization.
  • Willingness to work for long hours

    Role Description:

    • Support the company’s Biz-Dev efforts.
    • Research and generate new leads and business opportunities.

    • Perform regular follow-ups through all channels.
    • Monitor and manage sales pipeline throughout entire sales cycle (CRM).

      As a Compliance Manager you will join our Compliance Operations Department, leading the technological compliance aspects in regions and states we actin in, help drive new regulated markets entries as well as maintain growing multi-verticals operations in existing jurisdictions.

      Role Description:

      • Outbound communications and relationship management with international regulatory authorities and regulatory technical service providers.
      • Work closely with the company’s technology units to assess and determine when a regulatory change requires changes to existing process or product implementation, and consequently responsible for initiating and setting the framework of the required regulatory projects.
      • Leading regulatory certification and audits, involving cross-company departments and external accredited test-houses.
      • Provide ongoing support for internal and external stakeholders on any compliance issue, including resolution of regulatory queries, concerns or specific ongoing issues related to regulatory, operational or technical compliance, while applying an effective compliance approach and a business mindset.
      • Leading regulatory certification and audits, involving cross-company departments and external accredited test-houses.
      • Obtain, create and maintain compliance documentation within an existing regulatory knowledge base.
      • Setting guidelines and responsible for the implementation of live environment’s Change Management Policy and procedures, while collaborating with release management and technical departments.

        Ongoing legal consulting to different business units in the company. Drafting various commercial agreements in English, including software agreements, provider agreements license agreements, and other types of agreements related to online commercial activity and IP.

        Qualifications:

        • At least 2-3 years of professional experience as an attorney in a leading law
        • Experience of working in a company engaged in the field of IT, gaming, or the internet
        • Business-oriented
        • Written and oral skills in English
        • Experience in IT, gaming, online or internet fields
        • Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements including software, and license agreements
        • Must be highly-motivated, Professionalism, Responsibility Collaboration, and Teamwork, Initiative, and Creativity
