Spinomenal is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to oversee technical and functional support issues for customers as they use our platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Technical Support Engineer, who is keen to bring a new technical approach, extract new insights from data analysis, solve real problems for real people, and has superb interpersonal communication skills.

Location: B.S.R Tower in Bnei-Brak.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and implement tools to aid the tech support team and the internal users
  • Explore and write Monitoring Queries to audit system performance and income
  • Handle multiple support requests via our ticketing system
  • Lead integrations work with 3rd party vendors
  • Manage and prioritize according to SLA definitions
  • Document and share your knowledge, creating internal documents and self-help guides for customers
  • Impact platform use and efficiency, while liaising with other departments and product teams regarding user need
  • Strive for constant process and quality improvements

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience with Customer Support
  • Experience working with SQL, C# and Shell scripting
  • Working knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS – Big advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to self manage and take initiative
  • Superior problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Military equivalence (advantage)
  • Native English speaker

    Spinomenal develops premium html5 casino games, we are looking for a manual QA with a passion for games (70% of the job is testing the games the company produces).

    Location: B.S.R Tower in Bnei-Brak (we work part-time from home and part-time from the office).

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring that requirements are met for all aspects of the testing process.
    • Maintaining the testing suite to ensure we minimize escape bugs from production.
    • Running and creating test cases based on product requirements.
    • Analyzing SRS documents and writing test documents (STD, STP).
    • Reporting bugs in the defect tracking system.
    • Understanding the big picture.
    • Interacting with the developers.

    Requirements:

    • A detail Oriented person.
    • English proficiency – both written and spoken.
    • At least 6 months experience as a manual QA (PC and Mobile) or QA course certification.
    • Experience in client and server side testing.
    • Deep understanding of the development processes and software lifecycle.
    • Good knowledge of different testing methods, techniques, and types.
    • Ability to build and maintain test documentation.
    • Good communication skills.

    Advantage:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

      What You Will Do:

      • Receive spec from the product manager/business team and provide assets accordingly (marketing materials).
      • Create new games according to a provided spec from start to finish including basic animations.
      • Act as the product owner of each game and make sure it’s delivered according to your vision and the vision of the product manager and within the deadline.
      • Create all the marketing assets for the game.
      • Help solving issues/bugs inside your game by working with the development team.

      Requirements:

      • Ability to receive constructive criticism and follow instructions.
      • Order and organization- MUST
      • High drawing/illustration skills
      • Good eye for design (UX/UI)
      • Versatility and ability to follow different styles
      • Animation skills-advantage
      • Full control of Photoshop
