Spinomenal is a leading game provider in the field of online Casino Games.
We are looking for a Office Manager to join our team.

Location: B.S.R Tower in Bnei-Brak (Hybrid).

 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for office visibility and day to day management of all office logistic and vendors (food & kitchen , office equipment repairs, cleaning services , parking , deliveries, etc..
  • Be the face of our organization – responsible for the welcoming and hosting of the company’s guests and employees.
  • Support the Finance department: Employees attendance reporting, expense reports, etc…
  • Take part in HR responsibilities, such as recruiting, new employees onboarding processes and welfare activities (holidays, happy hours, company trips, etc.)
  • Execute office expansion/move- manage and oversee the move of the team to maximize convenience, efficiency, and team collaboration.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A multi-tasker with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with Monday.com and MS 365 – Big Edge
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hebrew and English

    Technical Operation


    Spinomenal is a leading game provider in the field of online Casino Games.
    We are looking for a Technical Operation to join our DEV Department.
    Location: B.S.R Tower in Bnei-Brak (Hybrid).

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and implement tools to aid the tech support team and the internal users
    • Explore and write Monitoring Queries to audit system performance and income
    • Handle multiple support requests via our ticketing system
    • Lead integrations work with 3rd party vendors
    • Manage and prioritize according to SLA definitions
    • Document and share your knowledge, creating internal documents and self-help guides for customers
    • Impact platform use and efficiency, while liaising with other departments and product teams regarding user need

    Qualifications:

    • 1 year of experience with Customer Support
    • Experience working with SQL, C# and Shell scripting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Superior problem solving and multi-tasking skills
    • Native English speaker

     

    Extra Points:

    • Working knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Military equivalence
