A leading game provider is searching for a Controller. Spinomenal is hiring a Controller to join the Finance team.

Location: B.S.R Tower in Ramat Gan

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the monthly and quarterly financial closing process and reporting.
  • Guidance, professional management and supervision of the bookkeeper.
  • Supporting and monitoring the day to-day finance operations.
  • Monthly and quarterly analytical reviews.
  • Cash flow management.
  • Development, implementation and evaluation of cross-company business and financial policies and accounting procedures.
  • Responsibility for the quarterly reviews and yearly audits.
  • Working closely with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Ensuring all statutory reporting and filing requirements.
  • Participation in the management of the company’s business operation such as the trading activity, hedging of exposures etc.
  • Ad-Hoc projects as well as financial analysis of strategic decisions, daily transactions and more.

Requirements:

  • CPA- must.
  • Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms (preferably high-tech/ finance department)- must.
  • 3+ years experience in a global small-medium high-tech company.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulation including global taxation.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc).
  • English- fluent reading, writing and speaking.
  • Analytical skills.
  • High Microsoft Office programs skills (especially Excel).

    Location: B.S.R Tower in Bnei-Brak.
     
    What You Will Do:

    • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
    • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
    • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
    • Organize office operations and procedures.
    • Manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments.
    • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized.
    • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
    • Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
    • Review and approve office supply acquisitions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures.
    • Knowledge of business and management principles.
