Spinomenal, a leading gaming company, is looking for a Compliance Manager
As a Compliance Manager you will join our Compliance Operations Department, leading the technological compliance aspects in regions and states we actin in, help drive new regulated markets entries as well as maintain growing multi-verticals operations in existing jurisdictions.
At Spinomenal you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.
Location: B.S.R Tower in Bnei-Brak (we work part-time from home and part-time from the office).
Role Description:
- Outbound communications and relationship management with international regulatory authorities and regulatory technical service providers.
- Work closely with the company’s technology units to assess and determine when a regulatory change requires changes to existing process or product implementation, and consequently responsible for initiating and setting the framework of the required regulatory projects.
- Leading regulatory certification and audits, involving cross-company departments and external accredited test-houses.
- Provide ongoing support for internal and external stakeholders on any compliance issue, including resolution of regulatory queries, concerns or specific ongoing issues related to regulatory, operational or technical compliance, while applying an effective compliance approach and a business mindset.
- Leading regulatory certification and audits, involving cross-company departments and external accredited test-houses.
- Obtain, create and maintain compliance documentation within an existing regulatory knowledge base.
- Setting guidelines and responsible for the implementation of live environment’s Change Management Policy and procedures, while collaborating with release management and technical departments.
Qualifications:
- Compliance management / B2B Relationship management background
- Tech / software company experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- An experienced & passionate problem-solver who is accountable, independent with high execution standards
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Well-organized, methodological and process-oriented
- Dedicated, as extensive working hours are occasionally required
- Service-minded and strong relationship building skills
- Team player
Extra Points:
- Familiarity with online gaming or a previous experience in a similar position in the iGaming industry
- A legal background or a practicing lawyer
- Project management background
